Yup, it's junk

It's not very HD and it cannot capture thirty frames per second. It seems the sensor isn't very 1280x720, that the image is interpolated up to that size, and it's terribly splotchy. Worse, the processor is just too slow, therefore it drops a awfully high share of frames, creating the video terribly jerky. therefore unless you prefer splotchy and jerky, offer this a miss.
